MARS Construction, Inc., is an exciting new name in hotel renovation…and yet has more than 300 successful hotel remodeling projects to its credit.

How can that be? Simple. MARS Construction Inc. recently spun out of Star Development, America’s most trusted name in hotel renovations. Founded in 1983 by Harry Berzak of San Diego, Star Development was built project by successful project over 35 years.

With Harry’s retirement in 2018, he turns over the reins to his partner Tony Marasco, who has planned and managed Star’s projects for years. Tony works directly with clients to understand and meet their needs. Then he manages their jobs onsite to ensure that every project comes in on time and on budget.

Quality work delivered in this way has established our reputation and sustains it every day. We’re looking forward to the next 35 years as America’s top hotel renovator.
